By creating an account or using the playbooks, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
USAspending Playbooks is an independent educational tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by any U.S. government agency. Spending data is sourced from the public USAspending.gov service.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, scrape underlying infrastructure, or use the app for unlawful purposes. Violations may result in account termination.
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The service is provided 'as is.' Spending data may contain errors or omissions inherited from upstream sources. We're not liable for decisions made based on the data; always verify against official sources.
We may update these Terms and the service over time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
